Who is Chris Slade? The name Slade is an acronym which stands for Saw Life And Did Everything. Chris explains, “That’s how I wanted my life or career to be in the end. I want to be able to say I really did that. So my name reads Chris Saw Life And Did Everything.” At the age of 15, he decided this was something he really wanted to do. The song that introduced him to music was The Late Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”. But Chris was introduced to rap by Pioneer Shawn “Jay Z’ Carter’s “Reasonable Doubt” album.
I’ve personally seen him perform live a couple of times and he puts on a great show. If you’re like me, and always looking for something new to listen to, check out Chris Slade’s music!

I’ve always been in love with Polaroid 600 OneStep cameras. I have 3 vintage ones and a new600. I haven’t been able to use them as much as I would want to because Polaroid discontinued the film in 2009. There are some off brands out there that are actually more interesting than what Polaroid provided. I just discovered Impossible Film.
In October 2008 The Impossible Project saved the last Polaroid production plant for integral instant film in Enschede (NL) and started to invent and produce totally new instant film materials for traditional Polaroid cameras. In 2010 Impossible saved analog instant photography from extinction by releasing various, brand new and unique instant films.
There with Impossible prevents more than 300.000.000 perfectly functioning Polaroid cameras from becoming obsolete, changes the world of photography and keeps variety, tangibility and analogue creativity and possibilites alive.
They have so many options, different color shades, and frames. I can’t wait to try some of their film out. Put your Iphone/Instagram down and find out where it originated!
i’m back!
hello all! i know it’s been a while but last semester was crazy! not only did I join the fastest growing multicultural sorority in the nation Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority inc., i went through one of the craziest school semesters ever! But I learned so much! Now Im back and expect many great things from me in the future. I gave the blog and website a much needed cleaning and makeover. let me know what you think! Hey guys! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. This was my first semester as an official graphic design major and boy was it tough. I’m so glad that it’s over now. I’ve been so bombarded with school work that I haven’t gotten the chance to do anything fun design-related. Check out this calendar I desinged for one of my final projects! I’m so proud of it. It’s a calendar with a geometry theme. I know it sounds lame but it’s pretty cool. Each month is assigned a specific polygon based on its position in the year. For example, March, is a triangle because a tirnagle has 3 sides and march is the 3rd month. Check it out below and tell me what you think!

to dream of a tiger is to embody the spirit of one. Here is my latest design, TIGER EYES! I’ve been getting some really good feedback about this one. I got the idea from a tutorial I did.
The tutorial was called Out Of Bounds on PSD tuts.

the tiger represents power. you can do anything. I relate it to the mind, meaning the mind is powerful and you can do anything with it.

boochie takes the town!
I’ve been wanting to shoot with my friend Chynnia for a while now, and we finally made that happen! I must say, this had to be one of my FAVORITE shoots yet! The pictures came out AMAZING and I had so much fun doing it! We didn’t really have a theme or location set, and we just kinda winged it and it came out super dope! I also changed the entire look of my website! I’ve been working on it for a minute now and I’ve finally gotten it to something I am comfortable with and it looks AWESOME. Please tell me what you think because i LOVE LOVE the feedback!
